Job Description:

Ø Staff performance evaluations

Ø Creating educational programs to improve patient care

Ø Overseeing inventory of unit supplies

Ø Providing representation, mediation, mentoring and feedback services designed to improve the efficiency of the unit and its nurses

Ø Assisting in the development and implementation of departmental financial resources

Ø Consistently promote the betterment of staff and patient well-being and satisfaction

Ø Supervision of registered nurses.

Ø Assist in recruitment of nursing staff

Ø Implementing disciplinary actions when necessary

Ø patient issues are promptly and correctly addressed, and supervising all other routine operations of the unit

Ø Verification of roaster of nursing staff

Ø Other administrative duties as assigned by the management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70, ₹90,000.00 per month
