Qualification B.Sc. Nursing
- **Evaluate nurses' engagement and performance**. Inform patients' family members about medical procedures and doctors' instructions. Provide psychological and emotional support to patients and their family and friends. Provide clinical expertise in the management of medical and psychiatric emergencies.
- She will be **responsible and overall In-charge of Nursing Services in a hospital or specialized centres irrespective of the number of beds**. 2. She will be responsible to the Medical Supdt. or Addl. MS or chief of Centres of the hospital or centre as the case may be.
- Nursing Superintendent is **responsible to the Nursing Supdt.** **and assist her in the administration of nursing services in the hospital**.
- Nursing superintendents **supervise the everyday operations of healthcare facilities, such as hospitals and nursing homes**. They focus on improving the quality of patient care by ensuring the facilities are well-staffed and finances well-managed.

**Salary**: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
