Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership:

Lead the planning, development, and deployment of web projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Team Management:

Mentor and guide junior developers, allocate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
- Website Development:

Oversee development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, PHP, WordPress, and relevant frameworks.
- Architecture & Scalability:

Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure web architectures.
- Performance & Optimization:

Ensure websites and applications are optimized for speed, performance, and cross-browser/device compatibility.
- Collaboration:

Work closely with designers, content teams, and digital marketers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Code Quality & Standards:

Review code, enforce best practices, and maintain documentation for all projects.
- Innovation & Continuous Learning:

Stay updated with latest web technologies, frameworks, and tools to introduce innovative solutions.
- Client Interaction:

Engage with clients for technical discussions, requirement clarification, and status updates when required.

You are the right fit if you have

  • Experience:

7–12 years of proven experience in web development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
- Core Technologies:

Expert-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Bootstrap, PHP, and WordPress.
- Framework Knowledge:

Experience with modern JS frameworks like React, Angular, or is preferred.
- WordPress Expertise:

Deep understanding of theme & plugin development, customization, and WordPress architecture.
- Version Control:

Proficient with Git or other version control systems.
- Leadership Skills:

Strong team management, mentoring, and project coordination abilities.
- Problem-Solving:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Work Ethic:

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
