Cinematic, emotionally hooking documentaries watched by millions.

We're looking for designers who:-

Obsess over visual storytelling, not just making thumbnails "look aesthetic."

Feel restless until a thumbnail sparks instant curiosity or raises the CTR.

Can translate complex educational topics into visuals that hit like pop culture.

Are willing to push beyond "average Canva edits" and create culture-shaping designs
