We pair research-first writing with cinematic craft, and we’re preparing our originals for wider distribution, including OTT.The Role:We’re hiring the Main Graphic Designer for Swarna Bharat TV—someone who owns our brand system end-to-end and also has strong YouTube thumbnail craft . You’ll define per-show visual identities (colors, type, layout grids), translate story hooks into clear, mobile-first visuals, and ship clean, reusable templates that speed up the team across YouTube and social.What you’ll do:1) Brand & Systems (Primary)Build and maintain per-show brand kits in PSD/Figma (color tokens, typography, grids, icons).Create on-brand channel banners , lower-thirds, end-cards, event posters, and partner one-pagers.Design presentation decks/PPTs with slide masters and consistent visual language.Keep assets organized (layer naming, smart objects, export presets, licensed fonts/stock).2) Thumbnails (Critical Skill)Design high-impact YouTube thumbnails (with A/B variants) for 7 weekly shows.Turn hooks into simple, subject-led compositions; optimize crop/contrast/scale for mobile.Iterate from performance signals (CTR, watch behavior) with quick, focused tweaks.3) Social & AdaptationsAdapt designs for Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Community tab ; create Shorts covers/story tiles.Build lightweight templates so editors and SMM can generate platform variants fast.4) Collaboration & RitualsPartner with writers/editors to convert beats into visuals; present options with a short rationale.Join our weekly rhythm: Mon Content Room , Wed Edit + Thumbnail Board , Fri Analytics One-Change .Must-haves3–6 years of graphic design with YouTube/mobile-first work in portfolio.Expert Photoshop (cut-outs, depth/lighting, blend-ifs, dodge/burn, smart objects) and Figma .Strong typography and brand systems sense; can set themes/colors across multiple shows.Portfolio that includes thumbnails and at least one brand/template system (banners or decks).Speed under deadlines; clean files; disciplined licensing/versioning.Nice-to-havesBasic After Effects for subtle still animations.Experience iterating from CTR/retention insights.Presentation design chops (PPT/Keynote) with reusable masters.Why join usBe the brand owner across seven weekly shows moving toward OTT packaging.Mission-led work, fast decisions, and visible on-screen/description credits.A craft-respecting team and clear weekly forums for feedback and growth.How to applyApply on LinkedIn or email with:Portfolio link(s)2–3 best thumbnails (one-line rationale each)• A ≤50-word note on why Swarna Bharat TV excites youSubject: YouTube Thumbnail & Graphic Designer — Swarna Bharat TVShortlisted candidates will receive a brief form to fill.
