Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Thumbnail Designer located in Mumbai. The Thumbnail Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and compelling thumbnails for digital platforms. Daily tasks include conceptualizing, designing, and executing thumbnail visuals while ensuring brand consistency and alignment with target audiences. The role also involves collaborating with content creators and marketing teams to enhance viewer engagement. Qualifications - Strong graphic design skills, including expertise in Adobe Photoshop. - Creative thinking with an ability to develop unique and engaging visual concepts - Understanding of digital and content marketing, including trends in media platforms - Attention to detail and proficiency in editing and refining visual content - Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
