With 500+ videos produced monthly, we specialize in transforming raw footage into engaging, retention-focused long-form content that drives audience growth and brand impact. About the Role: We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented YouTube Thumbnail Designer to join our on-site creative team in Bhopal. You'll be responsible for designing scroll-stopping, high-converting YouTube thumbnails that attract clicks and align with our brand's visual identity. This role demands both creativity and strategy, understanding audience psychology, color theory, and visual hierarchy to create thumbnails that perform. Responsibilities: Design compelling YouTube thumbnails optimized for CTR (Click-Through Rate) and brand consistency. Collaborate closely with editors and strategists to align thumbnails with video content and titles. Experiment with different styles, layouts, and concepts to improve performance through data-driven insights. Maintain a consistent aesthetic while adapting to diverse client brands and creator styles. Manage design files and organize assets for streamlined production workflows. Requirements: Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma). Strong understanding of composition, color, typography, and visual storytelling. Knowledge of YouTube trends and what drives clicks and engagement. Ability to produce high-quality designs quickly under tight deadlines. A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in YouTube thumbnail design or similar digital media work. Passion for content creation, visual design, and data-backed creative decisions.
