Responsibilities of Production Supervisor – Female Block

• Production Management
• Plan, allocate, and monitor daily production activities to meet targets.
• Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production schedules.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and store teams for uninterrupted operations.
• Workforce Supervision
• Supervise, guide, and support women workers in the production block.
• Ensure fair distribution of tasks and optimum utilization of manpower.
• Motivate workers to maintain productivity and discipline.
• Quality Assurance
• Monitor production at every stage to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct regular checks to minimize defects, wastage, and rework.
• Coordinate with quality control for inspections and corrective actions.
• Safety, Health & Welfare
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, especially in women's working areas.
• Report and prevent any unsafe practices or hazards.
• Promote a healthy and respectful work environment for women employees.
• Training & Development
• Identify training needs of workers and provide on-the-job training.
• Develop skills of women employees for improved efficiency.
• Encourage teamwork and knowledge-sharing.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain production records, attendance, and shift reports.
• Track material usage, wastage, and productivity levels.
• Submit regular reports to higher management.
• Compliance & Discipline
• Ensure adherence to company rules, policies, and compliance standards.
• Address grievances of women workers in coordination with HR.
• Maintain discipline and resolve conflicts within the team.
