**Responsibilities of Production Supervisor - Female Block**
- **Production Management**:

- Plan, allocate, and monitor daily production activities to meet targets.
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production schedules.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and store teams for uninterrupted operations.
- **Workforce Supervision**:

- Supervise, guide, and support women workers in the production block.
- Ensure fair distribution of tasks and optimum utilization of manpower.
- Motivate workers to maintain productivity and discipline.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor production at every stage to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular checks to minimize defects, wastage, and rework.
- Coordinate with quality control for inspections and corrective actions.
- **Safety, Health & Welfare**:

- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, especially in women’s working areas.
- Report and prevent any unsafe practices or hazards.
- Promote a healthy and respectful work environment for women employees.
- **Training & Development**:

- Identify training needs of workers and provide on-the-job training.
- Develop skills of women employees for improved efficiency.
- Encourage teamwork and knowledge-sharing.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain production records, attendance, and shift reports.
- Track material usage, wastage, and productivity levels.
- Submit regular reports to higher management.
- **Compliance & Discipline**:

- Ensure adherence to company rules, policies, and compliance standards.
- Address grievances of women workers in coordination with HR.
- Maintain discipline and resolve conflicts within the team.
