We are seeking a motivated and responsible Female Production Supervisor to oversee a section of female operators. The ideal candidate should possess strong supervisory skills, a relevant degree, and a commitment to maintaining a productive and safe working environment. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Good supervisory and leadership skills
  • Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is not necessary
  • Must have a valid vehicle
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Ability to handle operational challenges effectively

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of female operators
  • Ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely
  • Maintain quality standards and adherence to safety protocols
  • Report on operational performance and resolve issues promptly
  • Foster a positive working environment and motivate team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹17,000.00 per month
