Job Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Commissions Coordinator with a strong finance background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in handling large datasets, preparing and analyzing commission reports, and managing MIS reports. Proficiency in advanced Excel and familiarity with office administration tools is essential.

Duties

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze commission reports and statements accurately and timely.
  • Handle large volumes of data related to commissions and sales.
  • Develop, maintain, and update MIS (Management Information System) reports.
  • Collaborate with finance and sales teams to ensure commission calculations are accurate.
  • Use advanced Excel functions to manipulate, analyze, and visualize data.
  • Assist in month-end and quarter-end financial reporting related to commissions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master's in Commerce (M.Com), or MBA in Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in commissions coordination or finance.
  • Strong understanding of administrative processes and office dynamics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per year
