**Position Title**: Junior Chartered Accountant
**Department**: Finance & Accounts
**Location**: [Chembur]
**Experience Required**: 6 months - 2 years
**Reports To**: [Finance Manager / CFO]

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior Chartered Accountant** to join our Finance & Accounts team. The role will involve supporting statutory compliance, financial reporting, audits, and day-to-day accounting operations. This position is ideal for a fresher or a professional with up to 2 years of experience, who is eager to grow in a structured corporate environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and finalise **financial statements** in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Handle **accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger accounting**.
- Support in **Direct & Indirect Tax compliance** (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
- Assist in coordinating **statutory, internal, and tax audits**.
- Prepare and review **MIS reports** for management.
- Ensure compliance with **Accounting Standards, Company Law, and regulatory requirements**.
- Support in **budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis**.
- Perform reconciliations and assist in **cost analysis & variance reporting**.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of **Accounting Standards and Taxation laws**.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel, Tally, and ERP/accounting software**.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Chartered Accountant (CA), with **6 months - 2 years of experience**.
- Articleship experience in a reputed CA firm will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
