Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic freshers for our International Customer Service (Voice Process) team. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in a professional work environment with global exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls from international clients (US region).
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Adhere to company policies and shift schedules.

Budget: For Kolkata- 1.95 LPA + Night Shift Allowance + Decent Incentives

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

  • Graduates from general streams: BA, BSc, BBA, BCom.
  • Undergraduates and candidates pursuing graduation via distance learning are also eligible.
  • Not eligible: B.Tech/BE, MBA, and candidates from specialized graduation streams.
  • Age Criteria : 18 years to 31 years Maximum

Other Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (US timings).
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
