The Zscaler Sales and Go-to-Market team is a global group of professionals who are passionate about delighting our customers, nurturing trusted partnerships, and sharing their expertise to drive a secure, cloud-enabled digital future and further cement our position as the world leader in cloud security. Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Partner Business Manager to join our Partners and Alliances team in India. Reporting to the VP, Cloud & Technology Alliance Partnerships, you will be responisble for:

  • Owning the joint GTM strategy and execution with Zscaler's hyperscaler partners (AWS, GCP, Microsoft) and technology alliances (CrowdStrike, Okta, Rubrik) in India
  • Working with partner leadership, sales teams, and Zscaler's internal sales to drive new logos, accelerate opportunities, and transact via cloud marketplaces
  • Building Partner Business Plans, map and enable key champions, share analytics to drive demand, and execute across sales, marketing, and channel teams to deliver profitable recurring revenue
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree with 10+ years experience in channel sales or strategic alliances, driving outcomes with ISVs and hyperscalers in India
  • Proven success selling cloud platforms and digital transformation solutions, with prior experience building channels for Security, Networking, Cloud, or SaaS
  • Strong at prioritization, judgment, and stakeholder management; analytical, creative, and results-driven with a get-it-done attitude
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  •   India experience in driving co-sell & marketplace motions with hyperscalers such as AWS, Microsoft or GCP for an ISV
