About the Job

As a telecaller at LIVWISE.IN, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone and building strong relationships with them. Your knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint will be crucial in maintaining accurate records and creating impactful presentations. Your excellent spoken and written English proficiency will ensure effective communication with clients. Client interaction and relationship management will be key aspects of your role, as you work to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your marketing and sales skills will be put to the test as you pitch our products and services to interested parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with potential clients over the phone, provide information about properties, and address inquiries to generate leads effectively
  2. Proactively reach out to prospects, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for property viewings to drive sales opportunities
  3. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients, build rapport, and nurture relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  4. Update customer information, record interactions, and track progress in the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and efficient workflow
  5. Assist the sales team by providing pre-sales support, coordinating appointments, and facilitating smooth transactions to meet revenue targets
  6. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients
  7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions using MS Excel
  8. Create professional presentations using MS PowerPoint
  9. Communicate effectively with clients in English, both spoken and written
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  11. Pitch products and services to interested parties
  12. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive business growth
