Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Delhi, India. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our services, and handling customer inquiries. Additional tasks include maintaining records of interactions, providing information about product listing services, following up on leads, and achieving daily and monthly targets. The Telecaller will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Proficiency in maintaining records and documenting interactions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in telecalling or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
