**Key Responsibilities:**

  3. Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures.

  4. Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships.

  5. **Staff Management:**

  6. Recruit, train, and supervise clinical and administrative staff.

  7. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing staff development.

  8. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

  9. **Patient Care:**

  10. Ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction through exceptional service.

  11. Address patient concerns and feedback effectively.

  12. Coordinate treatment schedules and ensure compliance with safety standards.

  13. **Financial Oversight:**

  14. Manage the clinic's budget, including expenses, revenue, and profitability analysis.

  15. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.

  16. Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management review.

  17. **Compliance and Quality Assurance:**

  18. Ensure the clinic complies with all health regulations and standards.

  19. Conduct regular audits and quality checks on treatments and services.

  20. Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.

  21. **Marketing and Community Engagement:**

  22. Develop marketing campaigns to promote services and enhance the clinic's brand.

  23. Engage with the local community through events, partnerships, and outreach initiatives.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • Proven experience in clinic management or a similar role in the healthcare or aesthetics industry.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures is a plus.

  • Proficient in clinic management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
