We are looking for a Customer Experience & Quality Specialist who will ensure our customers get the most out of our SaaS platforms while helping maintain product excellence. You will be part of the team that supports clients, validates product features, and ensures smooth onboarding experiences.

This is a well-rounded role where you'll combine customer interaction, product knowledge, and quality assurance to deliver lasting value.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for customers, handling inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Assist new clients during onboarding by guiding them through setup and product adoption.
  • Test product features and enhancements to make sure they work as intended before release.
  • Document knowledge articles, FAQs, and customer feedback to improve overall experience.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to track, reproduce, and follow through on reported issues.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with web/SaaS applications and willingness to learn product details quickly.
  • Exposure to quality assurance or product testing is an advantage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
