About the Role:

Regalo Kitchens is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Purchase Manager to handle procurement operations, vendor management, and material sourcing. The ideal candidate should come from a product-based company with experience in an organization having a turnover of 100 crore or more. This role involves direct coordination with senior management and requires strong negotiation and analytical skills to ensure cost efficiency and timely material availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement including vendor selection, price negotiation, and purchase order finalization.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply and quality.
  • Plan and forecast material requirements based on production and project schedules.
  • Work closely with higher management for strategic sourcing, budgeting, and approvals.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to quality and delivery standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and production teams.
  • Maintain accurate purchase records, contracts, and documentation in ERP systems.
  • Identify new vendors, cost-saving opportunities, and alternative materials.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and ethical sourcing standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduate in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in procurement/purchase in a product-based company.
  • Must have worked in an organization with a turnover of 100 crore or more.
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact directly with senior management.
