We are urgently looking for Learning and Development -HR for one of the Research Company at Vadodara location.

Job description:

  1. Competency & Capability Building:

  2. Training & Development:

  3. To prepare Annual Training Plan for all employees for Behavioral & Technical training.

  4. To identify Training needs identification matrix.

  5. To interact with HOD / HOS for planning and organizing the training programs for all grade of employees and seek for their nomination.

  6. To execute various Technical & Behavioral Trainings.

  7. Organize Expert Lecture with co-ordination of all department on relevant Technical subjects.

  8. Co-ordinate with Trainers and ensure proper infrastructure for conducting training programs.

  9. Training Evaluation of Employees

  10. Reviews of New Joined Employees & Trainees

  11. Monthly Training MIS

  12. Providing timely Training MIS to management on monthly basis and as and when called for.

  13. Training Module in ERP/SAP

  14. To use of Training Module in ERP for improvement of Training, Competency & Capability building.

  15. PMS (Performance Management System)

  16. Employee Engagement & HR Projects

  17. To organize training and expert lectures within the sanctioned budget.
