US Individual Tax Preparer, US Tax Analyst

Tax Mayukha is seeking an experienced Tax Preparer with comprehensive knowledge of individual and business taxes, as well as expertise in US payroll and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in preparing 1040 individual tax returns, business filings, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements. This role requires coordination with vendors for bookkeeping payments and managing employee hours to process payroll accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely individual tax returns (Form 1040) ensuring compliance with IRS regulations.
- Handle business tax filings for various entities, maintaining balance sheet and profit & loss statements.
- Manage bookkeeping tasks, including vendor payments and employee payroll processing.
- Communicate with vendors to ensure timely payment processing and maintain vendor records.
- Collect and verify employee hours for payroll purposes and execute payroll processing.
- Maintain detailed and organized financial records.
- Follow all regulatory and tax law changes applicable to individual and business taxes.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines and client needs.
Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge of individual tax preparation.
- Strong understanding of business tax filings and financial statements.
- Experience in bookkeeping and US payroll processes.
- Ability to interact professionally with vendors and employees.
- No age limits for candidates.
- EA certification training or passing is NOT required, though relevant certificates are a plus.
- Candidates without certificates but with strong knowledge and practical experience are welcome.
Compensation:
- Salary will depend on experience.
- Potential salary up to ₹10 lakhs per annum.
Work Location and Schedule:
- Office located in Sri Nagar, Hyderabad.
- Night shift work from office is preferred.
- Work from home options may be available based on performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹324, ₹1,100,473.07 per year
