Role Overview

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to work closely with senior management in a fast-paced business environment. This role requires strong business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to manage strategic priorities with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and high-level communication.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents.
  • Support in meeting coordination, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Liaise between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and compile information for decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate/Graduate degree.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a business support role.
  • Exposure to corporate environments or hospitality/luxury industries preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
