BSS Microfinance Limited is a Public Limited Company and a 100% subsidiary of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited (KMBL). The company manages microfinance loans for KMBL and operates branches across 11 states in India, including Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, and Odisha.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Documentation Executive - Human Resource, located in Bengaluru. The Documentation Executive will be responsible for handling and managing
seamless onboarding procedure and accurate document verification, appropriate measures and processes

Responsibilities:


• Conduct daily document verification within defined Turnaround Time (TAT)


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with hands-on experience


• Strong communication and coordination skills


• Flexible with work hours


• Multilingual: Fluent in English,
Hindi
plus any additional language


• Responsible for daily data maintenance and report sharing

Eligibility:

Any graduates, Fresher or 0.6 Years Experience, Excellent Communication skill.
