Objective:
To ensure compliance with the TRAI mandate for quarterly verification of mobile numbers by verifying and collecting the proof of mobile numbers allocated document from customers.
Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to explain the quarterly verification process and collect the proof of mobile numbers allocated document.
• Track the status of each case using assigned codes in Excel and share updates with the company WhatsApp group daily.
• Ensure all necessary tools required for the verification process are available.
• Follow up with customers through calls, messages, and WhatsApp to collect necessary documents.
• Share the completed and accurate documents in the company WhatsApp group.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date Excel sheet tracking the status of each case.
• Provide additional support to Relationship Managers as needed.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Excel and the ability to track and report data accurately.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with TRAI regulations is preferred.
