Job description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with strong experience in the steel, foundry, or weighing industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in industrial product sales, client relationship management, and achieving business growth through field sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in steel plants, foundries, and related industrial sectors.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct field visits to customer sites, distributors, and industrial zones in nearby locations.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms in line with company policies.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new developments in the weighing and steel/foundry industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, service, logistics) to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience selling 
    weighing systems, or industrial equipment
