We are looking for a UI/UX & Visual Designer to support product, engineering, and internal teams by designing user interfaces, creating visual assets, managing CMS-based websites, and producing visual media content. This is a hands-on execution role suited for early-career designers who are comfortable working across UI/UX, graphics, and digital media.

What you'll do

  • Design clean and intuitive UI/UX for internal platforms, web applications, and digital products.
  • Create user interface designs, wireframes, UI layouts, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma / Adobe XD.
  • Work on visual design and graphic design assets such as banners, icons, illustrations, and digital creatives.
  • Maintain consistency across UI components, typography, color systems, and responsive layouts.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate UI implementation.
  • Support and manage CMS-based websites, primarily using WordPress (exposure to HubSpot CMS is a plus).
  • Apply HTML and CSS for basic front-end styling and layout updates.
  • Edit short videos for websites, internal platforms, and digital communication.
  • Handle basic photography and image editing for office, events, and product visuals.
  • Optimize UI, visual, and media assets for performance and responsiveness.

What were looking for

  • Strong fundamentals in UI/UX design and user experience principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar UI design tools.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
  • Experience working with WordPress CMS.
  • Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro / After Effects or equivalent tools.
  • 02 years of experience in UI/UX, visual design, or web design roles.
  • Bachelors degree in Design, Visual Arts, Computer Applications, or a related field.
  • Good visual sense, attention to detail, and execution capability.

  • Exposure to HubSpot CMS.
  • Understanding of SaaS UI or internal product platforms.
  • Photography basics and visual composition skills.
  • Familiarity with branding systems and digital design standards.
  • Relevant UI/UX, visual design, or digital media certifications or completion of recognized design bootcamps.
