About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled and creative website designer who can design and improve next-gen investor relations websites. If you have strong Figma skills, a great design sense, and a solid understanding of UI/UX trends, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Design & Enhance: Create visually appealing, user-friendly investor relations websites.
  • Figma Expertise: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
  • User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and usability testing and improve designs based on feedback.
  • Design Standards: Maintain high-quality design systems, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and web design best practices.
  • Optimize for Performance: Ensure responsive, mobile-friendly, and SEO-optimized designs.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience as a website designer or UI/UX designer.
  • Figma expertise—skilled in design workflows, prototyping, and collaboration tools.
  • Strong visual design skills—excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and modern web aesthetics.
  • Knowledge of user behavior, interaction design, and usability best practices.
  • Ability to create pixel-perfect, responsive designs for desktop and mobile.
  • A detail-oriented, proactive, and innovative mindset focused on delivering high-quality designs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with developers, marketers, and management.
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry advancements.
