Job requirements

Role Summary:

The Finance Reconciliation and Commercial Analyst will play a key role in supporting both the finance and commercial functions. The position involves managing financial reconciliations between business and financial MI and delivering insightful analysis to support commercial performance and client profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reconciliation:

  • Perform weekly and monthly reconciliations across business and financial MI Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or breaks, liaising with internal teams

  • Support month-end close and audit processes, ensuring compliance and strong financial controls

  • Regular updates to the Client and Project internal databases

Commercial Analysis:

  • Provide financial analysis across scheme/client performance, costs, and profitability

  • Produce MI dashboards and commercial reports for stakeholders and senior leadership

  • Maintaining revenue forecasts on behalf of client directors

  • Partner with finance and client teams to analyze and report on key KPIs.

Experience & Qualification

  • Graduate/ Postgraduate with over 5 years of relevant experience in Sales & Commercial Reporting

  • Experience in financial & commercial reconciliation

  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems (D365/Oracle advantageous)

  • Analytical mindset with commercial awareness
    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Part-qualified accountant or equivalent experience
    • Knowledge of D365 / Oracle would be beneficial
