The Accounts Executive is responsible for assisting in various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations. This role involves maintaining financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and supporting the finance team in day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Accounting Entries:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately.

  • Maintain and update general ledger accounts.

  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of financial data.

2. Prepare GST Return:

- Compile and analyse financial Information to prepare GST returns.

  • Ensure compliance with GST regulations and guidelines.

  • Resolve any discrepancies in GST returns.

3. Prepare TDS Return:

  • Calculate and prepare TDS returns in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with TDS regulations

4. Assist in Audit:

  • Collaborate with Internal and external auditors during financial and tax audits.

  • Provide necessary documentation and support for audit processes.

5. Final Accounts Preparation:

  • Contribute to the preparation of final accounts and financial statements.

  • Assist in the analysis of financial data to identify trends and anomalies.

Qualifications:

1. Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.

2. Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures is essential. Proficiency in financial statements preparation, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and in-depth knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.

3. Software Skills: Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Prime, Tally ERP 9 or other similar platforms is required and proficient knowledge of MS – Office.

4. Experience: Minimum 3 Years in accounting field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
