We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts cum Billing Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, and financial record-keeping for our FMCG distribution firm. The candidate will handle invoicing, data entry, payment tracking, and coordination with sales team to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage daily sales invoices and bills.
  • Record payments, receipts, and expenses accurately.
  • Maintain customer ledger and reconcile accounts regularly.
  • Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for order and billing accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports and stock summaries.
  • Handle GST entries and basic accounting in Marg ERP.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
  • Proficiency in Tally/Excel and basic accounting principles.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
