Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources(HR) to join our team and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR will be responsible for managing activities such as employee relations, recruiting, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a thorough understanding of best practices in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements.
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
Develop and implement compensation and benefits plans.
Ensure effective employee communication channels are in place.
Handle HR administration tasks and maintain HR documentation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an HR Manager, HR Executive, or similar role.
Knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, training, compensation, Payroll cycle and benefits administration.
Familiarity with labour laws and regulations.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
Candidate is from manufacturing industry is a plus point.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹23,000.00 per month
