We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in interdepartmental coordination and ensuring smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contact between various departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure processes are followed seamlessly.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks by coordinating with the concerned teams.
- Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and documentation for management review.
- Support department heads in implementing and monitoring standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Escalate issues proactively and follow up until resolution.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate (any discipline); MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Process Coordinator / Operations Coordinator.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Preferred Profile
- Female candidate, preferably married with children.
- Stability in past roles, demonstrating long-term commitment.
- Strong sense of responsibility and maturity in handling interdepartmental communication.
