Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, located in Patna Sadar. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets, building and maintaining client relationships, managing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include market analysis, reporting on sales performance, and contributing to the development of sales strategies and promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Client Relations
  • Strong knowledge of market analysis and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
  • Previous experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
