Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure quality expectations are met.
  • Understand electrical power systems or power-based applications (where applicable).
  • Design, document, and execute detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Test current products and identify any deficiencies or deviations.
  • Investigate, report, and document bugs and product issues thoroughly.
  • Conduct regression testing once defects are resolved.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Development teams to ensure consistent and efficient project execution.
  • Suggest and implement solutions for identified product and process problems.
  • Plan and manage the overall Quality Assurance (QA) strategy and test automation roadmap.
  • Review product specifications and technical design documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Collect and analyze quality data and metrics; present findings to senior management.
  • Continuously monitor QA process efficiency and suggest process improvements to eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Lead and contribute to continuous improvement and Six Sigma or Lean initiatives.
  • Ensure testing aligns with Agile/Scrum development cycles and DevOps pipelines.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new tools in testing, automation, and QA frameworks.
  • Ensure compatibility and functionality across multiple mobile platforms (iOS/Android), especially in native and React Native apps.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in mobile application testing (native and React Native).
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools like 
    Appium, Detox, Selenium, or Espresso
    .
  • Proficiency with bug tracking tools like 
    JIRA, Bugzilla, or TestRail
    .
  • Experience working in 
    Agile/Scrum
     environments and using 
    CI/CD tools
     like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
  • Solid understanding of API testing using tools such as 
    Postman
     or 
    REST Assured
    .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
