About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Analyst with a strong technical understanding across multiple domains of development, from web and mobile app development to AI, automation, cloud, and blockchain.

Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate freelancer or vendor profiles across a wide range of technical categories, assess their skills, portfolio, and credibility, and ensure that only high-quality professionals are approved to work on our platform.

This is not a coding or project execution role; it's a strategic vetting and quality assessment position for candidates who can combine technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate freelancer/vendor profiles across multiple categories:
  • Website Development: Business, E-commerce, Custom, Landing Pages
  • Software Development: APIs, Databases, Automations, Integrations
  • Mobile App Development: iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native
  • AI Development: AI Websites, Integrations, Chatbots, Automations
  • Game Development: Unity, Unreal Engine, Roblox, etc.
  • Blockchain & Crypto: dApps, Tokens, Smart Contracts
  • Cloud & Cybersecurity: Hosting, Maintenance, Cloud Architecture
  • Assess the technical accuracy, quality, and relevance of their work samples and service descriptions.
  • Validate experience, client work, and notable achievements through documentation or project evidence.
  • Provide objective, structured evaluations based on predefined criteria and scoring systems.
  • Suggest profile improvements and ensure compliance with internal standards.
  • Coordinate with category leads to maintain quality consistency across all verticals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical evaluation, software QA, or technical project management.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Programming Languages: Python, Java, React, Flutter, etc.
  • Website Platforms: WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Bubble
  • AI & Automation Tools: OpenAI API, LangChain, Zapier, Make, n8n
  • Mobile & Web Frameworks: React Native, ,
  • Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, CI/CD pipelines
  • Database & API Integrations: REST, GraphQL, Firebase
  • Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver unbiased assessments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and familiarity with modern tech trends.
