About the Role

We are looking for a
Quality
Analyst/
Evaluation Specialist– Programming & Tech
to join our global evaluation program as part of our ongoing collaboration with
our website
, the world's leading digital services marketplace.

As part of the internal vetting and quality assurance team, you will be responsible for
reviewing, assessing, and maintaining the quality standards
of top-tier developers, engineers, and technology professionals featured on our platform.

This position is
not a freelance seller role
. You will work
directly with our internal operations team
, helping to evaluate and onboard verified experts who deliver world-class technical solutions to clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate & Review:
    Assess developers and technical professionals across categories such as
    Web Development, Software Engineering, App Development, Cloud Computing, DevOps, AI/ML, and Cybersecurity.
  • Assess Deliverables:
    Review project submissions, code samples, and repositories for quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Set Standards:
    Ensure all work aligns with
    our website's professional guidelines
    , focusing on scalability, security, and usability.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work with internal teams to define evaluation metrics, rubrics, and category-specific playbooks.
  • Technical Insight:
    Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and development trends to maintain relevant evaluation criteria.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    Provide clear, data-driven feedback and insights to ensure transparency and consistency across evaluations.

Who You Are

  • A
    technology professional
    with proven expertise in one or more domains such as
    Full-Stack Development, Software Engineering, AI, or Cloud Computing.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, capable of identifying code efficiency, best practices, and long-term maintainability.
  • Experienced in assessing both
    technical execution and project presentation quality.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to provide structured and objective feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
    in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience
    in software development, programming, or technical QA roles.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Python, JavaScript, React, , Java, C++, SQL, AWS, Docker, and Git.
  • Familiarity with QA methodologies, testing metrics, and performance benchmarks.
  • MOST IMP :
    Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
