  • B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in site execution and project supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety practices.
  • Proficiency in project reporting and documentation.
  • Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Assist the Project Management Consultant (PMC) in day-to-day site supervision and coordination.
  • Oversee execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely and smooth project progress.
  • Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily/weekly progress reports, checklists, and measurement records.
  • Support management in project planning, scheduling, and tracking milestones.
  • Verify contractors' bills, conduct measurement checks, and assist in material reconciliation.
  • Identify deviations, delays, or quality issues and escalate for corrective action.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, QA/QC procedures, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards.
