Required Qualifications

  • B.E or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience :

  • For B.E/B.Tech Graduates - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • For Diploma Holders - Minimum 7 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities.
  • Ensure projects are executed as per design, drawings, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth project flow.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for management and clients.
  • Solve technical issues, provide input during planning, and assist with procurement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹38,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kannur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Quality Control: 1 year (Preferred)
