Job Title: Fabrication Engineer (Civil) – 7 Years Experience

Location: Kannur, Kerala

Experience Required: Minimum 7 years

CTC: ₹36,000 - ₹44,000 per month

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Type: Full-Time

Requirements:

• B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in civil fabrication/structural steel fabrication
• Strong knowledge of fabrication standards, QA/QC, and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication and structural drawings
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of project management tools is a plus
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise civil fabrication works at the site and workshop.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with design, planning, and procurement teams to ensure material availability.
• Ensure fabrication and erection activities are carried out as per standards and timelines.
• Monitor quality control procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Resolve site issues related to fabrication and structural erection.

Pay: ₹36, ₹44,000.00 per month
