Assistant Manager Engineering

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager Engineering with 4 to 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and management, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the engineering team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality results.
- Develop and implement effective engineering strategies to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and enhance overall efficiency.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data and metrics to optimize engineering processes and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in engineering management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in engineering management.
