About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer (B.E. Civil) with strong communication and marketing skills to help expand our piling business. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our company's piling and foundation services to contractors, developers, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in piling and foundation works.
  • Market the company's piling services to construction companies, developers, and consultants.
  • Meet potential clients, understand project requirements, and prepare technical & commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to present solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve sales and business development targets set by management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Qualifications & Skills:

B.E. Civil Engineering (mandatory).

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development/marketing within construction, preferably piling/foundation works.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts and piling techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel as required.
