Role & responsibilities

1 Implementation of Segmental Marketing Plan.

2 Meet at least 10-15 customers/ consultants in a month of Western Region.

3 Identification of untapped market, Strategy for implimentation to increase the market shared / sales in region

4 Enhance Market coverage through customers / consultants visits.

5 Pre-bid Activities & Specifications Management.

6 Exhibition Participation in west Region

7 Brand Management - Product Promotion through participation in Seminar / Conference.

8 Plan & Organize presentation at MIDC / Association

9 Collect Competitor Information & update the same to management

10 Indentify opportunities for new products/Speciality Application

Preferred candidate profile

1 Engineering degree from reputed college in (Chemical/Mechanical)

2 Proven Marketing experience of 7-8 years in Water and Waste water treatment

3 Knowledge & Understanding of WTP & WWTP.

4 Excellent negotiation, selling & communication skills (Written & Verbal)

5 Working knowledge of MS Office & hands on with other computer application required to conduct daliy routine work.

6 Updated about ongoing market trends & development in WTP, WWTP, Resin, Chemical & Membrane .

7 Ability to create & deliver tailor made presentation as per audience need.

8 Willing to travel at least 10-12 days a month in the assigned territory/region.

9 Ability to adapt & learn quickly.
