Job Title: Deputy Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on the position of Deputy Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Service Delivery: Ensure that all services meet the required quality and technical standards, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire suppression, Gas bank, Security systems, Filtration systems, and IT systems.
  2. Design Development: Create detailed designs for all services, taking into account energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Obtain sign-off on drawings from relevant stakeholders.
  4. Energy Management: Manage and control energy consumption through efficient design practices.
  5. Budget Preparation: Prepare standard budgets for services based on current industry standards and specifications.
  6. Contract Negotiation: Present rate contracts to the Design & Purchase Lead on an annual basis.
  7. Consultant Network: Identify and build a network of consultants for MEP services in the region.
  8. Training Programmes: Design and present training programmes for the execution team on MEP services.
  9. Performance Monitoring: Ensure that store energy consumption is within +/- 5% of the target.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
