Job Title:
Deputy Manager - Payables and Compliance

About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager to join our team in managing day-to-day payable operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and implementing new global processes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure timely completion of statutory reporting in a compliant manner.
2. Monitor payables KPI and identify areas for improvement.
3. Implement new global processes and initiatives in payables area.
4. Coordinate with local bankers, procurement leads, and supply chain leads to run efficient payable operations.
5. Ensure compliance with FEMA regulations for foreign payments.

Requirements
1. Chartered Accountant with 5 years of experience in an MNC or Big 4 audit firm.
2. Working knowledge in SAP and hands-on experience in handling foreign payments under FEMA.
3. Good knowledge of end-to-end P2P processes and up-to-date IFRS accounting standards and local regulations.
4. Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
