Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve project-specific and monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored for high-rise residential developments.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process including lead generation, site visits, client negotiations, bookings, and closure.
- Channel Development, client handling and deal conversion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign planning, lead management, and event participation.
- Work closely with CRM and post-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong database of investors, brokers, and direct customers, and manage key relationships.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and adherence to RERA (or local real estate regulatory authority) guidelines.
- Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of real estate developer sales experience.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth understanding of residential high-rise market dynamics, pricing strategies, and buyer behavior.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on weekends and adapt to client availability.
- Existing network of channel partners, brokers, and HNI clients.
