Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Analytics & Research professional who will be responsible for generating actionable insights from data, conducting market research, and supporting decision-making across business and product teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to convert numbers and research into meaningful strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide business insights.
  • Conduct market research on fintech trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for leadership and product teams.
  • Track key business metrics (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Prepare detailed research papers, presentations, and executive summaries.
  • Stay updated with fintech industry developments, regulations, and innovations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in analytics, research, or business intelligence (fintech/domain knowledge preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Ability to handle both quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) to present findings effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fintech/financial services domain.
  • Familiarity with Python/R for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling or regulatory research.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
