Job Description – Clinical Research Specialist - (3 to 6 years' work experience) – AOSYS PVT. LTD.

Work Location - We are looking for candidates for Mumbai and Chennai.

A Clinical Research Specialist coordinates clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulations and protocols while managing data and participant safety. They collaborate with various healthcare professionals, including doctors and regulatory affairs specialists, to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials. They are responsible for designing, conducting and managing clinical research programs. This role is vital in advancing medical research and improving patient outcomes by ensuring that new treatments are safe and effective.

Key Responsibilities for the position:

  • Coordinate Clinical Trials: Plan, direct and oversee clinical research projects, ensuring they are conducted according to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory standards.
  • Data Management: Ensure the accuracy, integrity and quality of clinical data collected during trials. This includes preparing and maintaining study documentation.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between clinical research teams, participants and regulatory bodies to facilitate communication and compliance.
  • Monitor Protocol Compliance: Ensure adherence to clinical trial protocols and address any issues that arise during the study.
  • Participant Safety: Focus on the safety of trial participants, ensuring that all procedures are followed to protect their well-being.

Requirement for the role:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in health-related field is typically required. Also preferred candidates with a master's degree or relevant certifications.
  • Experience: 3 to 6 years Hands-on experience in clinical research, from Orthopaedic Implants or a related field is necessary. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and clinical trial processes is essential.
  • Skill: Strong interpersonal skills, organizational and critical thinking skills are crucial for the job. The ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with diverse teams is also important.

Kindly Note: We are looking for candidates from Orthopaedic Implant background and will be based in AOSYS Pvt. Ltd.'s Mumbai and Chennai office .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹33,000.00 per month
