About Us
At Artivo Interiors & Construction Pvt. Ltd., we create dream spaces by blending design, functionality, and innovation. We are looking for a proactive Office Manager / Project Manager who can streamline our operations, manage vendors, and support our marketing presence.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office administration, coordination, and smooth functioning.
Project & Vendor Management:
Identify, research, and onboard vendors for materials like wallpapers, panels, hardware, etc.
Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate effectively.
Create purchase orders and track deliveries.
Marketing Support: Assist in handling basic social media marketing (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), coordinate content, and ensure brand presence.
Execution Support: Ensure timely coordination between design team, vendors, and clients to keep projects on track.
Documentation: Maintain records of vendor quotations, purchase orders, and project updates.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Business Administration / Project Management / Interior-related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Vendor management and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of social media handling and content coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
