Job Title: IT & Office Equipment Support Executive

Location: Green Acres, Machwa, Kalwar road, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Remuneration: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable professional to manage and maintain all office electronic equipment, including computers, laptops, printers, CCTV systems, and related devices. The candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and ensuring smooth functioning of day-to-day office technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain office computers, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain CCTV cameras and DVR/NVR systems.
  • Provide technical support for printers, scanners, projectors, and networking devices.
  • Regularly check and ensure all office electronic equipment is functioning smoothly.
  • Perform routine system updates, antivirus checks, and basic networking tasks.
  • Maintain records of repairs, servicing, and equipment status.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for advanced repairs or servicing when required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support, hardware troubleshooting, and office equipment maintenance.
  • Knowledge of CCTV installation and monitoring systems.
  • Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi setup, routers, switches).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience.

Salary & Benefits:

  • ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
