As we expand our digital presence and move toward premium positioning, we are looking for a high-performing Social Media & Content Specialist to help us build trust, visibility, and thought leadership through engaging, well-crafted content.

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and creative individual who can manage our social media presence and create high-quality content (text + visual) that builds authority and drives engagement. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI tools and graphic software to speed up and scale content creation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Strategy & Creation

  2. Develop and execute content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube (shorts).

  3. Write compelling and clear social media copy, email content, and short-form video scripts.
  4. Create business storytelling posts that highlight customer success, industry insights, and company updates.

  5. Convert internal case studies and achievements into short-form and carousel content.

  6. Social Media Management

  7. Manage company and founder profiles on LinkedIn, including scheduling, responding to comments, and audience engagement.

  8. Use analytics tools to monitor performance and optimize future posts.

  9. Repurpose content across formats (text, carousel, reels, shorts) to maximize reach.

  10. AI & Design Tools Integration

  11. Use AI-based content creation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, , Canva AI, etc.) for ideation, content drafts, and refinement.

  12. Create graphics, carousels, thumbnails, and creatives using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
  13. Work with designers if needed, but also independently execute fast turnaround designs when required.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

  • 24 years of experience in B2B content writing and social media management.
  • Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn content (company & founder-level) with measurable results.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to translate business insights into engaging content.
  • Good command over AI tools for content ideation and drafting.
  • Ability to work with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar to create professional visuals.

Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience in marketing for engineering, manufacturing, or consulting companies.
  • Exposure to planning and scripting short-form video content for Instagram or YouTube.
  • Experience working with content calendars, Trello, Notion, or similar planning tools.

Expected Outcomes

  • Create a pipeline of posts that build trust, credibility, and visibility with key target audiences.
  • Deliver text and graphic content with minimal supervision and high output quality.
  • Improve engagement metrics and drive relevant inbound interest from SME decision-makers.
